Comfort Systems USA (South Central) changed out the chilled water system and provided the center with a brand new direct expansion system, which uses coils that are chemically coated to slow down the corrosion process. It was critical the systems were switched over within a 48-hour window or the fish would suffer stress and could possibly die, causing the center to lose thousands of dollars.

This project was a turnkey opportunity where Comfort Systems USA (South Central) was directly responsible not only for the new system, but also for the installation of a new roof as well as concrete and block walls.
