 SEA CENTER TEXAS Comfort Systems USA (South Central) changed out the chilled water system and provided the center with a brand new direct expansion system.
 ENERGY CENTER 1 & 2 Energy Center I and II are the first speculative office buildings to be built in Houston’s energy corridor in over eight years as a LEED project.
 SYSCO FOOD SERVICES As a design-build project, Comfort Systems USA (South Central) worked with SYSCO & Big D Construction to develop designs for the plumbing and air conditioning systems.
 HUMBLE HIGH SCHOOL Humble High School had an antiquated two-pipe air-conditioning system that required an immediate upgrade in advance of renovations and additions to the buildings.
 CITY OF HOUSTON PUBLIC WORKS Comfort Systems USA (South Central) removed the existing air-handling units and provided 57 brand new units for the building. Maintenance cost for the building was reduced by 25%.
 MEMORIAL HERMANN BAPTIST Comfort Systems USA (South Central) provided the plumbing, air conditioning, and ventilation systems for the project.
 CHAMPION FOREST BAPTIST CHURCH Comfort Systems USA (South Central) expanded the existing chilled water HVAC system with new ductwork, piping, chillers and controls.
 GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL Comfort Systems was asked to install almost a mile of 36” new heavy wall piping, above ground, for a new chilled water piping system on an emergency basis.
